PURPOSE: A pipe holder and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to ensure high workability by forming or integrating corresponding components with only press processing. CONSTITUTION: A pipe holder consists of a bracket(11), a length adjusting bolt(12) and first and second holding units(13,14). A blot fastening hole(11a) is formed on the center of the bracket, a plurality of bolt inserting holes(11b) are formed on both ends of the bracket and a plurality of reinforcing protrusions(11c) are formed on both sides of the bracket. The length adjusting bolt comprises a male screw portion(12a), a support portion(12b), and an inserting portion(12c). The first holding unit comprises a polygonal hole(13a), a reinforcing portion, and a screw fastening hole. End of the length adjusting bolt is inserted into the polygonal hole and is expanded by plastic working. Screw inserting holes are formed on both ends of the second holding unit and a second reinforcing unit is formed outside the circumferential surface of the second holding unit.
