Sealing web (1) comprises a layered structure comprising (a) a film containing polyvinyl chloride (PVC) (2), (b) a first adhesive (3), (c) a polyethylene terephthalate (PET) film (4), and (d) a second adhesive (5). The layers are arranged in the sequence (a), (b), (c), and (d). Independent claims are also included for: (1) a composite body comprising the sealing web and a substrate adhesively bonded over the second adhesive of the sealing web; and (2) sealing the substrate, comprising (i) removing a release film of the sealing web, or (ii) providing the sealing web, and (iii) contacting the second adhesive of the sealing web with the sealed substrate. |
