PURPOSE: A method is provided to excluded rainwater flowed into the excavation reclaimed place and leachate generated in the excavated waste in the separated state and to prevent the contact with waste by undercurrenting rainwater flowed into the reclaimed place and to prevent the contamination of the rainwater. CONSTITUTION: The excavation reclaimed place includes: a embodied part(100) in which the upper part is excavated in the big form and the lower part is excavated in the small form and in which bank is formed in multi stage way to form more than two of a plurality of horizontal planes; a subsurface water collection and delivery of water layer formed in the surface and the side of the embodied part to exclude subsurface water generated from the ground surface accomplishing the embodied part; a water proof layer formed in the surface of subsurface water collection and delivery of water layer to block the leachate and rainwater from flowing into the subsurface water collection and delivery of water layer; a leachate waterspout which is composed of the leachate waterspout, rainwater waterspout and subsurface waterspout installed at the bottom of the embodied part to excluded the leachate, rainwater, and subsurface water generated in the embodied part to the outside; a common duct in which the leachate drainpipe, the storm drain, and the subsurface water drainpipe respectively connected to the leachate waterspout, and the rainwater waterspout and the subsurface water waterspout be built in the slope side; more than two of a plurality of induction members which are installed in each shift of the slope side of the embodied part and central part is formed high and both end parts are formed low; a rainwater guide tube(180) guiding the rainwater induced to the induction member to the rainwater waterspout; a leachate guide tube guiding the leachate induced to the induction member to the leachate waterspout; and a flange pipe which selectively secludes the leachate guide tube and the rainwater guide tube. |
