A method for complex treatment of odontogenic inflammatory processes of the maxillofacial region comprisess surgery and use of antihomotoxic drugs and colapan. The surgery is performed in two stages, with the first stage removes the causal teeth or roots, and then the wound is treated with sterile cotton ball moistened with solution of colloidal silver of company "Nature's Sunshine Products, Ins.", for 5-8 minutes, with the first day after the extraction of teeth, patients take antihomotoxic drugs such as Traumeel-S No. 50, for initiating the scheme. |
