PURPOSE: A formation method of air cleaner for vehicle which is formed by applying granular activated carbon and granular carbon or activated carbon fiber and activated carbon cotton is provided to increase the air cleaning function by forming the air filter by repeatedly electrode-positing the granular activated carbon and activated carbon cotton or the granular carbon and the activated carbon cloth in double arrangement. CONSTITUTION: The formation method of air cleaner for vehicle which is formed by applying granular activated carbon and granular carbon or activated carbon fiber and activated carbon cotton includes the steps of: spreading wire mesh(2) under the inside of outer shape square frame(1); putting the activated carbon cotton(3) in which both sides are covered with gauze on the wire mesh; putting perforated plate(4) consisting of the perforated of the rhombic 1Cm on the activated carbon cotton; filling the granular activated carbon(5) at each porosity and covering with the activated carbon cotton; and purifying air by electro-depositing the air filter in which upper part is fixed with wire mesh in double arrangement.
