PURPOSE: A dry type sand producing device is provided to smoothly diffuse silicon dioxide by strongly smashing silicon dioxide, and to perfectly separate and sort silicon dioxide. CONSTITUTION: A dry type sand producing device includes a housing, a vortex generating part, a dust collector part, and an induction controlling means. The vortex generating part rotates a plurality of blades built in the housing. The vortex generating part generates vortex upward while diffusing power of silicon dioxide dropping from a hopper. A least on or more stone powder guide protrusion(130) is installed at the inside of the housing(100) located on the bottom of the blade. A blower fan(170) is coupled to a shaft(150) located on the bottom of the lowest bottom blade to be rotated.
