PURPOSE: A retro-reflective device for an acoustic wave is provided to efficiently perform diagnosis using an acoustic wave even though an acoustic wave generator is not in parallel with the surface of a reflective surface. CONSTITUTION: A retro-reflective unit(150) is included in a main body(120). An acoustic wave generated in an acoustic wave generating unit is reflected from a reflective surface toward a light incident direction. The retro-reflective unit has a semispherical shape or an oval shape.
