PURPOSE: Seasoned laver using fermented soybean powder and a producing method thereof are provided to spread the fermented soybean powder on the laver for improving the taste and the flavor of the laver. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of seasoned laver using fermented soybean powder comprises the following steps: drying and crushing fermented soybean paste to obtain the fermented soybean powder(8); spreading edible oil(6) on one side or both sides of the laver(4); sprinkling the fermented soybean powder on the surface of the laver; and heat-processing the laver. 100parts of laver by weight contains 10~50parts of fermented soybean powder by weight.
