PURPOSE: A metal core PCB and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to improve the combination force between a metal substrate and copper film by forming a polymer resin layer on the metal substrate. CONSTITUTION: In a metal core PCB and a method for manufacturing the same, an oil component is removed from the surface of a metal substrate(S1). The surface of the metal substrate is cleaned(S2). The surface of the metal substrate is dried(S3). A polymer resin layer is formed on the top of the metal substrate(S4). The metal substrate is washed by water(S5). The polymer resin layer is hardened(S6) The copper foil is adhered on the polymer resin layer(S7).
