<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a camera suitable for acquiring an image simultaneously including both an image of an object above water and an image of the object under water even in an imaging or photographing state wherein a water surface is varied. <P>SOLUTION: The camera includes: an imaging section 3 which simultaneously photographs a portion above water and a portion under water of the object; a water surface portion image detection section 4e which detects a water surface portion image corresponding to a water surface portion on the boundary between the image of the portion above water and the image of the portion under water, from images captured by the imaging section 3; and an image composite section 4a which generates a composite image so as to interpolate the image of the portion above water or under water out of the images actually captured by the imaging section 3, on the basis of the detection result of the water surface portion image. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
