PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrophotographic photoreceptor having excellent ghost suppression effect even when high durability, high picture quality, low cost and a smaller size of an electrophotographic device are severely required, and to provide a process cartridge and an electrophotographic device having the electrophotographic photoreceptor. SOLUTION: The electrophotographic photoreceptor has an intermediate layer and a photosensitive layer on a conductive support.
