METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR WATER TREATMENT

PURPOSE: A water treatment method and device are provided to reduce slime by giving suction force and squeeze force to an aquifer. CONSTITUTION: A water treatment device comprises a surge operation member(20), an intimate packing and a through hole part(26). The surge operation member is disc shape. The surge operation member has reciprocating motion by connecting a support to a center shaft. The intimate packing is combined in the outer circumference of the surge operation member and adheres closely to the inside of a pipe. The through hole part is formed in the inside of the surge operation member. The through hole part is opened and closed by an on/off valve.
