<p>A method and system for distributing mobile coupons. The method includes providing a mobile coupon to a mobile communication facility; delivering a mobile coupon based on mobile user characteristics such that the mobile coupon may be displayed on the mobile user device; receiving a mobile coupon from mobile user device in order to redeem the mobile coupon; recording transaction in a data repository; and uploading transaction from data repository for analyzing mobile coupon distribution.</p>
