PURPOSE: A robot management system and a method for controlling and monitoring a robot using the same are provided to modify an individual robot management module without the modification of an entire system. CONSTITUTION: First and second robot management modules(100) controls the operation of first and second robots(300,400) through first and second control components. The first and second management modules monitor the states of the first and second robots through first and second monitoring components. The second robot management module is independent from the first robot management module, and first and second loaders(10,20) share the first and second control components and the first and second monitoring components.
