PURPOSE: A method of sharing data between mobile terminals using a network and web server using the same are provided to automatically share information of a mobile terminal between acquaintances through a network. CONSTITUTION: A storing unit(330) stores first data which is stored in a first mobile terminal and second data stored in a second mobile terminal. A receiving unit(310) receives data shared request including a change information transmitting request of the second data from a first fixed terminal as the first mobile terminal is connected to the first fixed terminal. A determining unit(350) determines whether change information of the second data exists on the storing unit. if the change information of second data exists in the storing unit, a transmitting unit(370) transmits change information of the second data to the first fixed terminal.
