A method for myocardial revascularization comprises the coronary artery bypass by formation of the anastomosis with the distal end of the gastro-omental artery of the type of "end-to-side." The gastroepiploic artery is mobilized from the mouth, passing it to the bulb of the duodenum.At the same time proper gland arteries are isolated, forming Galera arc, and packing artery sewn on their own omental tissue. |
