SYSTEM FOR MEASURING AND ESTIMATING QUALITY OF XDSL LINK-QAM AND METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: A system for measuring and estimating the quality of an xDSL link-GAM and a method thereof are provided to facilitate the management of an xDSL link by predicting a parameter value based on a parameter. CONSTITUTION: A subscriber circuit connection multiplexer(120) collects a parameter-related data for measuring and predicting quality in a quality measurement and prediction section. A quality measurement module(131) measures the quality of an xDSL link by using the collected data. A quality prediction module(134) predicts the quality of an xDSL link by using the collected data. In addition, the quality measurement module calculates a packet loss rate by using a total elapsed time and LOF(Loss of Frame).
