PURPOSE: An LED light source lamp for illumination is provided to mount a plurality of LED bare chips on a minimum area, thereby realizing an LED light source with high brightness. CONSTITUTION: A copper substrate(10) has an LED fixing unit and a pattern forming unit. A reflecting plate is arranged in the center of the LED fixing unit. An LED bare chip array is arranged on the LED fixing unit. A circuit pattern(31) and an electrode(14) are formed on a printing circuit layer. A transparent resin layer is laminated on the external surfaces of the LED bare chip array and a printed circuit layer. An external resin layer frame(41) is fixed to the circumference of the LED fixing unit in a closed loop shape. |
