The device has a belt drum with a base (2) for a tire constructing drum, where the base is connected to a belt drum segment (1). The belt drum segment is firmly fixed with an upper side of the base of the drum on a lower side by magnets. A positioning pin is located between the belt drum segment and the base. The positioning pin is arranged parallel to an upper side (4) of the belt drum segment in the base and provides radial centrifugal force protection for the belt drum segment. A steel shoe is arranged on the lower side of the belt drum segment.
