PURPOSE: A pipe photographing device without suspension of water supply is provided to enable precise observation inside a pipe since a user precisely adjusts the angle of a camera. CONSTITUTION: A pipe photographing device without suspension of water supply comprises a support pipe(15a), a moving shaft(15), a rotation control unit(10), a camera(50), a camera holder(40), a direction changing unit(30), a height controller(20), and a cable supply unit. The support pipe passes though and connects to a supply pipe line. The moving shaft is placed inside the support pipe and passes through one side of the support pipe line. The moving shaft is rotated together with the cable. The rotation control unit is formed at one end of the moving shaft and is made of a rotation body(11), a rotation bush(13), a mounting pipe(14), and an adjusting rod(12). The camera connects to the cable and records the inside of the water pipe. The camera holder is formed at the lower end of the moving shaft. The direction changing unit comprises a control wire(42). The height controller controls the height of the moving shaft.
