METHODS OF SYNTHESIZING AMIDE OR AMINE SALTS

Methods of synthesizing amide or amine salts formed by acid and the compounds shown by general formula (XI), especially the method of synthesizing cinacalcet hydrochloride shown by formula (I), solvates or hydrates thereof are provided. The compounds shown by formula (II) or (IV), solvates or hydrates thereof react with HCl to obtain cinacalcet hydrochloride of formula (I), solvates or hydrates thereof. Compared with prior methods, the present methods are more suitable for large scale industrial production.
