PURPOSE: A ventilation device for a vehicle equipped with an air guiding pipe is provided to increase the comfortability of car interior by preventing air from directly flowing into passengers. CONSTITUTION: A ventilation device for a vehicle equipped with an air guiding pipe comprises a first air guide pipe(14), a second air guide pipe(16), and a converting device(24). The first air guide pipe has a first air vent(20). The second air guide pipe is arranged in parallel with the first air guide pipe and has a second air vent(22). The converting device is arranged on the downstream of the first and second air guide pipes. The converting device is arranged near the first and second air vent in the flow direction. The converting device covers up the entire area of the first and second air vent.
