PURPOSE: A method and server for managing a lost terminal are provided to show only the web page for user information of a terminal if the Internet access is requested from a terminal registered as a lost terminal. CONSTITUTION: A request unit(210) receives the request for Internet connection from a terminal, and a confirmation unit(220) confirms whether or not the requested terminal is a lost terminal. If so, an execution unit(260) performs a loss terminal process. The confirmation unit includes a transmission unit and a reception unit, and the reception unit receives the user information corresponding to terminal identification information from a client authentication system.
