PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To change an air volume of an air-conditioning blower in conjunction with an opening and closing position of a damper on an air-conditioning flow path with a simple method in a vehicular air-conditioning adjustment panel. SOLUTION: The vehicular air-conditioning adjustment panel includes: a first operation knob for changing the positions of dampers 43, 46 provided on air flow paths 35, 36 leading to a passenger seat or a rear seat; a second operation knob for changing the air volume of the air-conditioning blower; and a knob interlock mechanism operated mechanically in conjunction with the change of the position of the first operation knob for changing the position of the second operation knob in accordance with the change of the position of the first operation knob. When the first operation knob is moved to the position where the dampers 43, 46 are closed, the second operation knob is moved to the position where the air volume of the blower is reduced as compared to the original position prior to the movement.
