PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure an existence space of a driver in a cab when a working machine falls down, while suppressing increase in cost and weight and the complication of a structure, without disturbing a view field of the driver. SOLUTION: A thin-wall portion 17 is provided near upper ends of rear pillars 14, 15 of the cab. The thin-wall portion 17 is provided above a shoulder level 52H of the driver of a DLV (Deflection Limiting Volume : bending limit area) 50. The thin-wall portion 17 has stiffness smaller than other parts (upper parts 14x, 15x, and lower parts 14y, 15y) of rear pillars 14, 15, and made to be plastic by a low load.
