PURPOSE: A touch panel type organic electro-luminescent device is provided to shorten a process time of forming a protective layer by directly forming a protective layer in a touch panel instead of organic electroluminescent diode. CONSTITUTION: In a touch panel type organic electro-luminescent device, an organic electroluminescent element panel(110) is comprised of an array panel(101) and an organic electroluminescent diode(E) thereon. A touch panel(120) is bonded with organic electroluminescent element panel through a bonding layer. The bonding layer is located in the top of the driving thin-film transistor(DTr) and the organic electroluminescent diode A touch panel comprises first and second touch substrates which are opposite to each other. .
