PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hard coat layer transfer sheet which transfers a hard coat layer to a body to be transferred, makes an intermediate layer provided conventionally between an adhesive layer and the hard coat layer unnecessary by increasing adhesive force between the adhesive layer provided on the hard coat layer and the hard coat layer, and is excellent in high scratch resistance. SOLUTION: In the hard coat layer transfer sheet, at least the hard coat layer and the adhesive layer are laminated in turn on a base material. The hard coat layer is made of an acrylic-silica hybrid resin using silica with a photosensitive group having photopolymerization reactivity provided.
