PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a holder capable of simply fitting a first plate-like member to a second plate-like member while maintaining maintainability. SOLUTION: The holder 20 is interposed between the first plate-like member and second plate-like member supporting the first plate-like member. The holder 20 includes a first portion 24 fixed to the second plate-like member, a second portion 25 which can be fitted in an opening 35 of the first portion 24 and taken out of the opening 35, and is fixed to the first plate-like member 18, and a hinge portion 26 for coupling the first portion 24 and second portion 25 to each other. The second portion has an engagement portion 43 which engages the first plate-like member, and stays holding the first plate-like member through the engagement portion 43 while taken out of the opening 35.
