The plastic component is designed as a plastic plate (6). The plastic plate is concrete-casted into the concrete duct ring, where a circulating edge of the plastic plate is encased with a pourable sealing strip. The plastic plate is pressed into the opening, and exhibits increased elasticity in relation to a central area in an edge area. The plastic component is designed as a plastic ring or as a plastic trough, which is used as an insert and/or as an inner trough in the concrete duct ring.
