PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To identify a user and input an instruction for one of a plurality of operations by one authentication operation using biometric information. SOLUTION: A user terminal device 703 acquires a collation image for collating a user body when in use and posture information indicating a posture of the user body when in use, and a registered user collation image for registration is downloaded from a server 702 and is compared with the above collation image, to identify the user. The user terminal device 703 downloads a plurality of registered posture information of the user from the server 702 and are compared with the posture information, and inputs an operation instruction corresponding to operation information downloaded from the server 702 in response to the registration posture information where matching is detected. The user inputs the registration collation image, the registration posture information, and the operation information corresponding thereto from a registration terminal device 701, which are registered in the server 702.
