PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lens device capable of simply adjusting the tilt of a lens. SOLUTION: A lens holding frame F1 in which a fulcrum portion 114 is rockably supported by a fulcrum supporting portion 140 is fixed to a lens barrel 12 by screwing a first connection portion 118 with a first screw 142 and screwing a second connection portion 124 with a second screw 144. The first screw 142 is arranged at a position rotated clockwise by 90°from the fulcrum supporting portion 140, and the second screw 144 is arranged at a position rotated counterclockwise by 90°from the fulcrum supporting portion 140. The first screw 142 is screwed to tilt the lens holding frame F1 around the X-axis, and the second screw 144 is screwed to tilt the lens holding frame F1 around the Y-axis.
