PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an X-ray computerized tomography device which enables a reducing effect of an exposure dose by a filter to be practically effective. SOLUTION: The X-ray computerized tomography device is provided with: a rack 1 which has an X-ray tube 10 rotatable around a subject and an X-ray detector 23; a bed 2, which has a top plate 2a movable relative to three axes of the rotation axis of the X-ray tube and two axes perpendicular to the rotation axis; a control part 30, which controls the movement of the top plate based on a difference relative to the three axes between a position of interest of the subject and the rotation center of the X-ray tube; and the filter 11, which is arranged between the X-ray tube and the subject in order to make the dose of X-rays high in the rotation axis and low in the periphery.
