<p>PURPOSE: An LED module for a camera auto focus and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve the straightness and concentration of light by controlling a lens distance focus. CONSTITUTION: A dimple is formed on a substrate(1). An LED light emitting chip(2) is mounted on the dimple. A lead frame(5) is formed on both sides of the substrate to supply power for emitting light in an LED. A transparent lens(200) covers the dimple and the LED light emitting chip. The transparent lens is comprised of an upper aspheric lens and a lower separation lens unit(11) which separates the LED from the upper aspheric lens.</p> |
