PURPOSE: A gas type mat is provided to supply heat to the inside of the mat and also to supply cool air to the mat by inhaling the cool air of an air conditioner. CONSTITUTION: A gas type mat comprises: a through-hole(54) formed inside a mat; an elastic leg(52) formed in the lower part of the mat; an insertion slot(53) formed in the side of the mat; a mat block(50) in which a plurality of blocks are combined; a connection plate(60) in which a coupling protrusion is formed; a blocking plate(62) in which a blocking protrusion is formed; a gas circulation unit which supplies gas to a mat block; and a housing equipped with an impeller.
