PURPOSE: A photovoltaic power generating apparatus and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to prevent light from be reflected from the lower surface of the photovoltaic power generating apparatus by forming a pattern on the lower side of a support pattern. CONSTITUTION: A rear electrode layer(200) is arranged on a support substrate. A light absorbing layer is arranged on the rear electrode layer. A high resistance buffer layer is arranged on the buffer layer. A window layer(600) is arranged on the light absorbing layer. A pattern is formed on the lower side of the support substrate. The rear electrode layer includes opaque metal. |
