PURPOSE: A data input/output circuit and a semiconductor memory apparatus including the same are provided to increase the margin of a chip area by allowing a plurality of ranks to share a data input/output circuit. CONSTITUTION: In a data input/output circuit and a semiconductor memory apparatus, a first input-output driving unit(100) stores data in the memory bank of a first rank in wring. The data is transmitted from a first data input output bus. The first input-output driving unit amplifies the stored data in reading. . A second input-output driving unit(200) stores data in the memory bank of a second rank in wring. The data is transmitted from the second data input output bus. A share data I/O unit(1000) outputs data through a data pad in reading. The share data I/O unit transmits input data to one of the first and second input/output driving unit in writing.
