PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a satisfactory configuration which performs ventilation of the space in a building without opening the entrance door. SOLUTION: A doorway entrance 27 is provided at front door 24 of a dwelling 20 in a multiple dwelling house 10. The doorway entrance 27 is formed of a door frame body which is attached to an outer wall 25. A louver device is provided to the side of the door frame body on the outer wall 25. The louver device includes a louver frame body and a louver slat, and a doorway ventilation port 40 is formed of the louver frame body. In this case, the doorway ventilation port 40 is provided in the periphery of the front door 31. The louver slat is a horizontally extending elongate member and a plurality of louver slats are arranged vertically in the louver device. Each louver slat is pivotally supported to rotate while the axis extends horizontally, allowing the louver slat to shift between the open and closed states through rotation.
