<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a golf club shaft including a plurality of fibre reinforcement resin layers, decreasing and stabilizing a measure of a backspin and having an excellent bending strength as well. <P>SOLUTION: The golf club shaft includes first bias layers 21a disposed in a part from at least a small-diameter end to 200 mm of the shaft and second bias layers 21b disposed in a larger-diameter side than that of the first bias layers 21a so as not to be piled on the first bias layers 21a, wherein an elastic modulus of carbon fibers provided in each of the layers 21a and 21b is appropriately determined respectively. Further the shaft includes first small-diameter side straight layers 22a disposed in a part from at least the small-diameter end to 100 mm of the shaft and second small-diameter side straight layers 22b disposed in a part from at least the small-diameter end to 150-200 mm of the shaft and so as not to be piled on the first small-diameter side straight layers 22a, wherein the carbon fibers having specified elastic modulus and tensile elongation respectively are provided in each of the layers 22a and 22b for the use. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
