PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inexpensively and stably perform the voltage balance correction of a power accumulation cell or a cell module according to the necessity in any cases of a charge time, a discharge time, and a storage time, in a charge balance correction circuit of a multi-series power accumulation cell using a transformer method. SOLUTION: The charge balance correction circuit of the multi-series power accumulation cell comprises a voltage dividing circuit 16 which generates reference voltages Vs1, Vs2 which are the same as intermediate voltages which are expected to appear at a connecting point of modules when voltages of the modules M1, M2 and Mn are equal to one another by resistance-dividing an output voltage (terminal voltage) of the multi-series power accumulation cell 10 and a difference detection circuit 17 which detects a difference between the intermediate voltages and the reference voltages. The charge balance circuit also feed-back controls pulse energization operations of an auxiliary power supply generated by switching elements S1, S2 so that an absolute value of the difference becomes minimum.
