PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve functions of a retract mechanism for positioning a first working tool radially inward in a composite working tool with which an inner peripheral surface of a workpiece is machined by the first working tool of a first machining part and thereafter machined by a second working tool of a second machining part. SOLUTION: The composite working tool 1 includes a skiving part 6, a varnishing part and the retract mechanism 8. The inner peripheral surface of the workpiece is machined by a burnishing roller of the burnishing part after machined by a cutting edge 22 of the skiving part 6. The retract mechanism 8 includes a retract pin 30 having a position setting part 31, a driving mechanism for axially driving the retract pin 30, and a leaf spring 35 for urging a cartridge 20 having the cutting edge 22 radially inward to bring it into contact with the position setting part 31. The retract pin 30 changes a radial position of the cutting edge 22 as driven by the driving mechanism to change the position of the cartridge 20 via the position setting part 31.
