PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance heat exchanging efficiency by effectively performing heat exchange between oil-side heat exchanging parts and outside air. SOLUTION: A heat exchanger 1 includes a housing 3 which stores a heat exchanging core (a laminated part) 2 where the oil-side heat exchanging parts 21 and water-side heat exchanging parts 22 are alternately laminated. In the heat exchanger 1, the water-side heat exchanging parts 22 are arranged on an end of the heat exchanging core 2 on a seat surface side of the heat exchanger 1, and the oil-side heat exchanging parts 21 are arranged on an end of the heat exchanging core 2 on the opposite side of the seat surface side. A housing wall body 3c positioned on the opposite end of the heat exchanging core 2 is made to contact the outside air. In this way, on the end (the uppermost stage) of the heat exchanging core (the laminated part) 2 on the opposite side of the seat surface side, the oil-side heat exchanging parts 21 are arranged on the housing wall body 3c side contacting the outside air, which effectively cools the oil-side heat exchanging parts 21 by the outside air to improve the heat exchanging efficiency.
