The device has a mixing unit comprised of an aggregate unit (10) and a binding unit (20). A distribution unit (600) in a transport pipe is supported by an exit opening. The aggregate unit and the binding unit are led to a transfer screw (500) i.e. endless screw, to convoy aggregates such as hemp straw, flax straw and polystyrene chips, and a binder i.e. air binder, in a projection unit. A recycling unit (30) of the mixing unit includes a pallet that demolishes mixture of the binder and aggregate before transferring into the projection unit.
