A blade self-replacement device of a wind generating set is disclosed. The device comprises a winding unit (1) having a lifting mechanism and a cable wire (2). One end of the cable wire (2) connects to the winding unit (1); the other end is winded through a guiding pulley (3) arranged on a nacelle frame, a fixed pulley (5) arranged outside a hub (4), a movable pulley (6) and a fixed pulley (5) arranged inside the hub (4), and is finally fixed to the movable pulley (6). The blade self-replacement device of the wind generating set also comprises an alignment unit (7) arranged on a blade root for assisting the blade (8) in connecting to the hub (4). An operating method for the blade self-replacement device of the wind generating set is also disclosed. By using its configuration of the set to replace the blade, the blade self-replacement device of the wind generating set can well solve the problem of needing the help of external tools, and thus efficiently reduces the maintenance cost of the wind generating set. |
