PURPOSE: A bearing apparatus of a structure and a construction method thereof are provided to minimize costs by supporting an upper structure to be horizontally slid without an upper plate. CONSTITUTION: A bearing apparatus(100) of a structure a plate(110), a sliding pad(120), a sliding plane part(130), and a sliding limit unit. The plate is coupled to a lower structure to be inserted into a gap between the lower structure and an upper structure(20). The upper structure is steel frame structure. The sliding pad is formed in the plate and receives the load of the upper structure. The sliding plane part is formed in the upper structure and is contact with the sliding pad. The sliding limit unit is protruded from the plate and limits the sliding of the upper structure.
