PURPOSE: A face-off jig of a bucket for a turbine rotor is provided to reduce noise and failure since buckets are uniformly processed so that the buckets are correctly aligned on a turbine rotor. CONSTITUTION: A face-off jig(100) of a bucket for a turbine rotor comprises a support block(110), a slider(140), a guide block(120), first and second actuators(130,150) and a pusher(164). The support block is arranged on the base plate. The slider transversely slides on one side of the support block, and buckets are arranged in the horizontal direction of the slider. The guide block is installed on one side of the support block and guides the sliding of the slider. The first actuator transfers the slider. The pusher is arranged away from the outside of the slider. The pusher constrains the buckets by pressing the outside of the bucket. The second actuator transfers the pusher. |
