<p>PURPOSE: A blanking machine for a box making device is provided to reduce the manufacturing cost since there is no need for a worker in blanking and paper feeding processes. CONSTITUTION: A blanking machine for a box making device comprises a blanking part(100), a paper feeding part(200) and a conveyor(300). The blanking part divides the supplied cardboard into a product(M) and an edge by the matching of an upper wooden pattern(103) and a lower mold. The blanking part transfers downward the products by an elevator, if the products are loaded to a designated height. The paper feeding part adsorbs the paper by an adsorption nozzle, which is fixed to a rack, if the products have the designated height. The paper is loaded on the top of the product by stopping the adsorption of the adsorption nozzle, if the rack advances to the top of the product. The conveyor externally transfers the products, which are fallen by the elevator to the lower part of the blanking part.</p> |
