<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a beverage extracting apparatus capable of providing beverages of high quality while ensuring continuous provision of beverages. <P>SOLUTION: The beverage extracting apparatus 2 for extracting beverages using ingredients and water includes a cylinder 301 opened at the lower face, supplied with ingredients and water and extracting beverages inside. The cylinder 301 is formed in cylinder shape opened at the upper face and extending in a vertical direction, and arranged so that water and wash water for washing the inner surface of the cylinder 301, supplied from above, collide with the upper part of the inner surface of the cylinder 301.
