PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motion guiding device allowing press-fitting of a moving member onto an attached body while preventing deformation of lid members caused by pressing of tools when the moving member is press-fitted to the attached body. SOLUTION: The motion guiding device includes a plurality of rolling elements, a track shaft formed with rolling faces for the rolling elements, and the moving member including endless circulation passages for the rolling elements. The moving member includes: a moving member body having load rolling faces opposite to the rolling faces of the track shaft to compose load passages of the rolling elements and having rolling element returning passages for the rolling elements; and the pair of lid members having rolling element turning passages connecting the load passages and the rolling element returning passages in communication to complete the endless circulation passages for the rolling elements. The pair of lid members has a plurality of tool insertion openings for insertion of the press-fitting tools used when the moving member is press-fitted onto the attached body.
