PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide certain heterocyclic compounds, a method and intermediate for use in production of the compounds, pharmaceutical compositions including the compounds and use thereof in treatment. SOLUTION: There are provided the compound of formula (1) (wherein R<SP>1</SP>-R<SP>3</SP>and X are defined separately), or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt, solvate or in vivo hydrolyzable ester thereof and the pharmaceutical compositions comprising these, all for use in the treatment of chemokine mediated diseases and disorders.
