PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for allocating a slot for emergency data capable of guaranteeing the transmission of emergency data and a method for transmitting emergency data using the method for allocating a slot for emergency data capable of guaranteeing the transmission of emergency data. SOLUTION: The method for allocating the slot for emergency data includes a step for allocating the slot for emergency data in a super-frame including a Beacon Period displaying the start of the super-frame, a Contention Access Period (CAP) transmitting data by contention, and a Contention Free Period (CFP) transmitting data without contention and a step for providing a node with slot-allocating information for emergency data.
